Return Policy for Tahvo

At Tahvo Clothing, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Please review our return and exchange policy for a smooth shopping experience:

Return Request:

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-12 working days of us receiving the return.Apparel items should be returned in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags still attached. There are certain circumstances under which we are unable to initiate a return or issue a refund, and these include:

  • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
  • Products bought from our partner stores and other marketplace websites
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned to our Tahvo exclusive brand Outlet.

Approval and Conditions:

  • All return requests are subject to approval.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.
  • Returns are not applicable on goods sold during sale events.

How to initiate return?

To initiate a return, please click on this link www.tahvoindia.com/apps/return_prime & mention the reason for the return. Typically, returns are scheduled for pickup from the original delivery address within 2 to 4 business days. It's important to ensure that your package is prepared and ready for pickup. Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring that any previous shipping labels are either removed or covered and seal the package securely. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. If you happen to miss the initial return pickup, our team will make one more attempt on the following business day. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the return request will be cancelled. In such situations, our executive will usually attempt to contact you using your registered mobile number. Once we receive your return, we will initiate the returns check and validation process. Upon approval of the return, we will notify you via email, and your refund will be processed within 7-12 working days. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method originally utilized for the purchase, and this process typically takes between 7 to 12 working days. It's important to be aware that the timing of refund payments is determined by your issuing bank and is beyond our control. If you have any questions or concerns about refund processing times, we recommend reaching out to your bank for further information. Please keep in mind that we do not facilitate refunds in the form of cash or cheque. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for products that have been damaged due to negligence, such as failure to follow the Wash Care instructions as specified on the wash care label. If an item is returned and does not align with our Returns Policy, we will not be able to approve or process the refund. We retain the right to decline the return of an item that does not meet our Returns Policy criteria. If you have any doubts regarding the eligibility of your return, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for clarification.
  • For COD orders, only exchanges are available; no refunds will be issued.

Return and Exchange Policy FAQ

  • There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
  • Exchange of product is subjected to availability of size
  • Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Exchange Process:

  • Product Exchange policy is 7 days from date of delivered. To raise an Exchange, please click on this link www.tahvoindia.com/apps/return_prime & mention the reason for the exchange. There will be no exchange available for COD orders of a lower price; only exchanges for higher-priced items are allowed

Eligibility for Exchange
  • Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of Order Delivery.
  • Ensure items are in unused, original condition, and come with intact packaging and tags.

Handling Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.

Returning Items:

  • We aim to initiate a return pickup with our logistics partner within 3 days of your return request.
  • Refer to the email received after placing the return request for shipping instructions.

Payment Terms:

We currently accept India-issued debit, credit cards, net banking, Mobile wallets, COD & UPI.
